Learning About Advanced Asset Protection
One of our top priorities right now is deepening our knowledge of advanced asset protection strategies. This includes diving into Private Placement Life Insurance Trusts, Restricted Trusts, Foreign Trusts, and other sophisticated tools like Swiss investments, gold bullion, tax shelters, and alternative investments. Our goal is to offer these cutting-edge strategies to our OGC (Outside General Counsel) clients, particularly in the areas of succession and estate planning. It’s about ensuring that our clients are equipped to protect and grow their wealth for generations to come.
Developing the OGC Model and Our Pitch Deck Following Excelling in Turbulent Times by Russ Alan Prince and John J. Bowen Jr.
We are also working on a comprehensive pitch deck for our OGC model. Over the past two years, we’ve learned a lot, and we’re incorporating these insights into a projection that will showcase how our model has evolved and where it’s headed. This isn’t just about selling our services; it’s about demonstrating the value we bring and the innovative solutions we offer.
It’s about turning the pitch deck into a commodity. We want to create an environment where clients and strategic partners come to us, rather than us going to them.

Expanding into Family Office Representation and Publicly Traded Companies
Looking ahead, we’re strategizing how our OGC model can evolve into the next step: Family Office representation and targeting in-house counsel at publicly traded companies. This is a natural progression that aligns with our commitment to providing comprehensive legal and financial solutions.
Immersing in the Trucking Industry
The firm has joined the Transportation Lawyers Association (TLA) to stay on top of what’s happening in the trucking industry. We’re learning about the latest challenges and trends and developing strategies that will not only benefit our current clients but also attract new ones who can benefit from our expertise.
We need to overlay the OGC model over this industry now and make it systematic as the trucking industry comes out of this trucking recession—a soup-to-nuts commoditized process that is ridiculously seamless and of huge value to clients and our strategic partners.
