I’m celebrating 100 episodes of my podcast and taking a moment to reflect on its growth and impact. Hitting this milestone made me think deeply about how we stay resilient and forward-thinking, especially in uncertain times.
I talk a lot about the importance of making businesses recession-proof – because economic challenges like inflation, tariffs, and wars are inevitable. During the 2008 financial crisis, our firm had to pivot quickly. We shifted from focusing on residential deals to providing debtor attorney services. That shift helped us not only survive but grow.
From that experience, I learned the importance of diversifying our client base, developing a competitive edge, and embracing technology. Financial planning and asset protection became top priorities, and we built a flexible team that could adapt and pivot with ease.
The ability to evolve is what keeps us strong – not just in business, but in life.
