For years, my work at Fornaro Law has centered on providing legal services to a diverse range of clients. I’ve always been excited about finding new ways to add value to my clients. But stepping into the world of podcasting? That was a whole new adventure.
The idea of starting “Lightbulb Moments” came from my desire to connect with people in a more personal and engaging way. Podcasting offers a platform to share insights and experiences directly with listeners. It’s a medium that allows for real-time conversations with business leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators who are impacting the future of business and law.
The Outside General Counsel (OGC) Model: A New Approach to Legal Services
In the last few years, I have also been developing the Outside General Counsel (OGC) model for legal services. This approach is all about being proactive, offering continuous legal support and strategic advice tailored to each client’s needs.
Venturing into podcasting and launching the Outside General Counsel (OGC) model have turned out to be very similar experiences for me—they both involve taking a leap into uncharted territory in order to push forward. The OGC model has redefined legal services by providing continuous, tailored support to businesses, while podcasting has allowed me to build a platform for sharing knowledge and building relationships. Both endeavors are rooted in the belief that by embracing change and consistently adding value, we can better serve our clients and audience.
