
The Vision for Light Bulb Moments
When we started, I shared the vision I had for our podcast – where we were headed, what we hoped to achieve, and how we wanted to grow alongside our Bright Community. Today, I want to revisit those goals and share how far we have come and what’s next for Light Bulb Moments.

💡Facebook Group
We officially launched our Facebook Group, creating a central space for our community to connect, collaborate, and stay engaged.
💡LBM Swag
We introduced LBM-branded swag, giving our members a tangible way to represent and celebrate the brand.
💡LBM Framework
We developed the LBM Framework, a shared problem-solving and opportunity-exploration guide for our Bright Community to reference and use consistently.

💡 What’s Next in 2026?
Here’s where we’re heading now:
- Grow to an average of 35,000 downloads per month by July 2026.
- Increase monthly downloads to 40,000 by December 31, 2026.
- Reach a cumulative milestone of 600,000 total downloads by December 31, 2026.
- Drive significantly higher social media engagement, fostering more two-way conversations and stronger relationships within our Bright Community.
- Actively incorporate Bright Community questions into podcast episodes, giving listeners a direct voice in the content and strengthening community ownership.
- Launch a new voicemail feature to capture listener feedback, questions, and insights that can be shared and highlighted on future episodes.
💡What We Predicted for 2024
💡Incorporating Video by November 2024
The Goal was to roll out video by November2024.
✅ Update: We didn’t hit the original timeline. But we never gave up. We officially added video in May 2025. It energized us and the podcast.
💡Aiming 50 Episodes and 5,000 Downloads
We aimed to hit this benchmark by the end 2024.

💡Bringing High-Profile Guests Onboard
Starting March 2025, we wanted to bring high profile guests on the show.

💡Expanding to 2,000 Downloads Per Month by June 2025
This was one of our more ambitious growth goals.
✅ Update: We blew this away. It was like a lightening hit? We’re now averaging 25,000 downloads per month
– a number that energizes me every time I see it.
💡Securing Sponsorships
We’ve been working toward bringing on sponsors to support the show and to expand our reach.
✅ Update: Conversations are happening. We expect to secure our first sponsor in 2026
💡Becoming a Platform for Speaking Engagements
The vision is for Light Bulb Moments to open doors to large-scale speaking engagements.
✅ Update: We’re not there yet. But this remains part of our long-term roadmap.
💡Building a National Brand
Ultimately, we want Light Bulb Moments to become a national brand.
✅ Update: The foundation is built. The buzz recognition and loyal listener base are growing. we’re laying the groundwork for something much bigger.
💡 Feedback and Growth
Not long ago, a family member gave me some honest feedback: “I’m not sure what the podcast is about – law, management, or something else?”
✅Update: Message received. Light Bulb Moments is for just about everyone. It’s about life, life, business, learning, risk, trust, networking, and relationships – topics that are universally relevant and transferable across various industries and life.
