Getting to Episode 21
One of my immediate goals is to reach Episode 21. This is a significant milestone because only 1% of podcasts make it this far. Reaching this point will be a testament to the value we’re providing and the connections we’re making with our audience.
Incorporating Video by November 2024
Starting in November 2024, I plan to introduce video to our podcast episodes. This will offer a richer, more engaging experience for our listeners and allow us to connect with our audience on a deeper level.
Aiming for 50 Episodes and 5,000 Downloads
By the end of 2024, my goal is to have recorded 50 episodes and achieved 5,000 downloads. This growth will not only validate the hard work we’re putting into the podcast but also help us reach a wider audience.
Bringing High-Profile Guests on Board
Beginning in March 2025, I’m targeting high-profile guests to join the show. I’m particularly interested in bringing influencers and the CEO of a publicly traded company. These guests will bring fresh perspectives and elevate the conversations we’re having on the podcast.
Expanding to 2,000 Downloads Per Month by June 2025
Looking further ahead, I’m aiming to reach 2,000 downloads per month by June 30, 2025. This consistent growth will be crucial in establishing Light Bulb Moments as a go-to resource for valuable insights and connections.
Securing Sponsorships
Another important goal is to secure sponsorships from our network that will cover all production costs by June 2025, with the goal of donating most proceeds to our favorite charities. We may start with smaller sponsors, but I believe that with our growth, we’ll attract the right partners who see the value in what we’re doing. Paying it forward is critical to the success of Light Bulb Moments.
Becoming a Platform for Speaking Engagements
I envision Light Bulb Moments becoming a platform that leads to large-scale speaking engagements where we can help impact as many people as possible in a positive way. This will solidify our brand as a national leader in thought leadership and connect us with even more influential voices that can further help our Bright Community.
Building a National Brand
Ultimately, my vision is for Light Bulb Moments to become a national brand—one that people are eager to be a part of. I want our podcast to be known as the source of connection between people and ideas, bridging gaps, and sparking those “Light Bulb moments” in every episode.

Recently, one of my wife’s cousins shared some valuable feedback after listening to the podcast. He mentioned that he wasn’t entirely sure what Light Bulb Moments is truly about. This podcast goes beyond just legal stories. It’s a platform where we dive into management ideas, explore the importance of risk and trust, and discuss the power of networking and relationships. These are topics that are universally relevant and can be applied across various industries and aspects of life.
