Marc Hoffman is an educational entrepreneur, author, speaker, and founder of Wired to Thrive, a platform rooted in his lived experience with dyslexia and ADHD. Diagnosed in childhood after struggling in school, Marc learned to advocate for himself and work with both the strengths and challenges of his wiring. Those experiences later shaped his work as the founder of Strong Start Early Care & Education, which serves children from birth to age five through a progressive, inquiry-based curriculum designed to meet them where they are-the kind of learning environment Marc wishes he had experienced as a child. Through Wired to Thrive, Marc helps neurodivergent adults, entrepreneurs, and business leaders better understand themselves, take responsibility for their impact, and build the systems, support, relationships, and conditions needed to create more sustainable, purposeful careers and lives.
